The Farmhouse is situated in a large walled garden. There are three bedrooms upstairs and a kitchen, sitting room and bathroom downstairs. The entrance opens into a hallway with a door to the left leading to the kitchen. The kitchen has a tiled floor and is fitted with units and has a fridge and gas cooker there is a breakfast area near the window. Straight ahead is the doorway leading to the sitting room, this has sufficient soft seating for eight and a dining table and chairs. The bathroom to the right of the entrance beyond the staircase has a corner bath with internal shower, it has a tiled floor and under floor heating. Upstairs has a landing leading to three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double and a single bed. The second room has a double bed and the third has three beds(one bunk bed & a single bed). All the bedrooms have velux type skylight windows. The central heating for the house and the cottage is provided by an external boiler and supplies instant hot water.
